Dear Ms C., Thank you very much for your visit and for taking the time to write a review on your stay at ibis München City Arnulfpark. We appreciate your positive ratings in some categories and like the fact that you enjoyed your visit with us and the breakfast and the location in particular. I do acknowledge, however, that there is still “room for improvement” in the service categories. Please be assured that this particular issue will be addressed and discussed within our local team and that we will try our best to improve even more. And we regret to hear that you were not satisfied with the room size. Many of our guests enjoy our accomodations (international ibis standard), but there are also some critics. We are unfortunately not able to change the layout, so we thank you for your understanding and hope this is not too much of an inconvenience for you. We all hope to welcome you as a guest again.
