Third visit ( luxury escapes) … brought friends this time. As usual , the rooms were immaculate… we were lucky with the weather. There’s noticeable improvements being made. - great tidying up , immaculate gardens. Staff always very friendly and helpful.. breakfasts were more than adequate.. happy hour is a great idea. Room service was fabulous and generous. dinner in Bella Char restaurant was very tasty . will return

Great place to stay on your way to the Sapphire Coast, room was very clean and bed very comfortable, Resort had two pools,. one for adults only and one for adults and children, happy hour was good, staff checking in were excellent and restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really good

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and facilities were great. We had breakfast on both days of our stay as well as dinner in the restaurant one night. Good food reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Not worth the Sydney accommodation 5 star prices. Pillows terrible asked for another one and was told sorry we don’t have any and really did not care less. Breakfast uneatable and no atmosphere. No where near beach and definitely would not stay here again

the pillows are super uncomfortable - round and tough the conditions of the suite in general are poor (see the attached photos) the resort doesn't allow the use of a portable charger - when I plug it in they told me: "the facilities aren't designed for it" in fact, the facilities shouldn't be designed, it is a charger can be designed to use a usual (10A) electricity sockets this is especially unpleasant given the price - nearly $300 per night per suite... during my 6 days travel from Sydney to Mallacoota, this resort was the only one where I wasn't allowed to charge my car...
