We went in a very cold week to Belo Horizonte, there were no blankets in the room, only sheets, we went to the reception they did not provide a blanket because there was no extra blanket in the hotel. The towels in the room, one was dirty and the others looked dirty. The elevators were pretty bad, so much so that on 05/22/2022 we were stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes, we arrived 10 minutes away from the bus station to get on our bus, due to the elevator problem. I'm not going back to this IBIS unit again.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel & had a good experience. You can pay 22R$ for breakfast, but we didn’t eat in the hotel. The room had everything we needed & WiFi was generally good. Though a fridge & some shampoo would have made it even better. There is a cheap supermarket very close to the hotel. Staff were helpful despite our limited Portuguese language skills & the location is good. I’d definitely stay here again.

Helpful and nice staff, cleanliness, great neighbourhood, close to everything interesting. The window can isolate most of the noise from the street. However, though I had no major problem with neighbouring noises, the walls are definately too thin and you could hear what you don't want to, from the next room. Highly recommended.

Simple accommodation but good AC, hot shower and comfortable bed. Worth paying the extra cost for a hot & cold breakfast. The nearby supermarket offers snacks and bottled water although the water, coffee and snacks are also available in the lobby.

The smell in the room wasn't good enough, a part of this is related with a small gap to open the window., I had to sit uncomfortable on chair to use the small desk because of wifi signal was poor from the middle of room to window. I've never experienced something similar on accor hotels.
