Halal bi halal at novotel banjarmasin airport was good, the variants of food they had is very nice and good, my favorite is sish kebab ! love it, and also the had good view of swimming pool, and the had bar at canopy, for the service also excellent their staff is very kind, Thanks

Every time I stay here, it's always nice and doesn't disappoint, the atmosphere is also calm, so for workers whose work is Zoom meetings, making reports, who need a calm atmosphere, this is really suitable.

Staying for few nights close to airport, the place looks close to airport but it takes early morning more than 30 min to get there. I was happy with friendly staff and possibility to get good breakfast to go as leaving early morning. Room and whole hotel look older, used and refreshed. Pool area decking is not renovated and seeing years of using. Great sustainability approach with refilling water, beer what I wanted to order in the evening heavily overpriced and I drop interest when I heard the price.

Nice hotel that is conveniently close to the airport. Great team under the tutelage of Bpk Gede. Young team but attentive to the needs of the guest. Nice design and very spacious. Wish the team all the best and keep up the good work.

Dear All, I have stayed 26th and 28th September 2023. Really very good Experience. The rooms were so neat and comfortable. The buffet had huge variety of choices . Immediate response from the helpdesk. Very near to Airport. The staffs were so polite and humble, especially Ms.Risa, Duty Manager ( Front office ) taken care my visit fully comfortable. Since I am from India , She was able to communicate with me and understood all my local necessity and arranged for me swiftly. On the whole my stay was so comfortable and my hearty best wishes to entire team headed my Ms. Risa. Looking forward to meet you all soon at Banjarbaru. Regards Arun Kumar Bhaskar
