Hi, 1- no receptionist during the expected hours: 07:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 22:00 2- nobody replying the phone. 3- drunk people sleeping in the corridors 4- big noise in the corridors after midnight 5- stones in the breakfast floor most likely due to some maintenance in the roof with no barrier control. I did not feel safe and comfortable with my kids there. Rooms was nothing more than what we can expect for a Budget hotel. Regards, Priscila

As you would expect from an Ibis budget. Electronic check-in with a code for the room door. Rooms were clean and the hotel is close to the main train station. There was a vending machine selling soft drinks and beer.

A very pleasant stay at the Ibis Budget Hotel in Osnabruek City. Service was impeccable, the breakfast excellent and the location ideal for all forms of transport when visiting this historic city. The room was a very good size and a very comfortable two nights stay was had.

It's a budget Ibis, which means basic. Basic room (separate toilet, but shower and basin in bedroom, bunk bed sideways over the double), basic breakfast, no reception for large parts of the day so auto-checkin, no parking (my motorcycle went in the station bike-park) ... BUT it was good value, clean and it was VERY close to the train station. I didn't understand some reviews talking about it being a dodgy area, didn't seem that way to me although there was a drunk couple arguing VERY loudly in the station forecourt when I arrived... Mostly it was as you'd expect.

Ideal hotel if you are travelling by train clean, staff are nice pity they didn’t have tea/ coffee facilities in rooms or a fridge for drinks then it would get full marks I know they have a tea/coffee machine in the foyer but it’s black with sugar and i don’t like tea from a machine
