Super breakfast, better than some of the four star hotels in Glasgow, the staff are so helpful, Carla was really friendly and gave us such a good welcome. The breakfast staff are superb in this hotel. The bar had plenty of drink choice too. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Great room, very clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast and courteous staff. Bar staff awesome. Great views. Great city. Lots of place to see and visit. Loads of pubs and restaurants.a very nice place and a warm welcome from friendly local people.

Extremely comfortable bed and amazing views of Arran. Ideally located in Ayr and close to all of Ayrs amenities. Great selection of dining options. Breakfast has a great selection and very tasty. Gordon and lynne are amazing will do anything you ask of them

Staying at this hotel with work best hotel in Ayr staff are great bar is lovely rooms are very warm and comfy food is great breakfast is best I have had dinner is lush the quality of the staff are second till none gordon and lynne are very approachable

Lovely mannered staff really helpful and professional the barr staff where well mannered also will recommend this hotel to all my close friends and family the bedrooms where brilliant and would come back for a holiday again like to thank all the staff who work at this hotel
