The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags while we visited the Keukenhof Gardens. The room was comfortable and we slept well the night we were there. There is a grocery store and public transportation close by.

The location is close to bus/tram stations, the room is comfy and clean. My room does not face the street, it faces the residential buildings and is very quiet all the time. There are two Ibis hotels in the same block, a bit confusing, but I prefer this one.

They have a fantastic team ! Very nice people, both in the reception and restaurant/kitchen. I had a special request and they were more than happy to fulfill it ! I really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to come back the next time. Thank you !

A really great location. Walking into the centre of Amsterdam is just 15 minutes away. Close to all the museums and a tram stop to the Central Station on the doorstep. A few supermarkets 5 minutes away.Restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet. Alexandra on the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
