Nice hotel booked through Eurostar.Location is central and handy to the main I door and street market. Didn't opt for the pricey hotel breakfast but managed to find a bagel themed place just east of the market that was cheap. The rooms were adequately sized with good wardrobe space. Thebed wascimfortable and despite its central location we didn't notice mouse at night.

Efficient and well located, but expensive breakfast buffet for not too many options offered (but, then again, there are not many options nearby to have a good breakfast). The rooms are considerably small, barely any space to move around (like in most Ibis hotels), with no mini fridge, kettle, etc. The staff was nice in general, it was also good that they had a bar, where they also served some snacks, food, beverages, etc.

Had a great time here, the team were excellent and the room was given upon early arrival with no questions. The hotel is within easy walking distance of most areas, but, the nearest Metro is a 10 minute walk (Beurs). The hotel was spotlessly clean and a comfortable space to be in.

Don't stay in an Ibis hotel

Considering we paid approximately £140 per night to stay here, it was so basic it made the Premier Inn look good. There was absolutely no tea/coffee facilities...not even a bottle of water. When I asked at reception they offered me a kettle which was next to useless. I then asked at the bar for some extra glasses for the room so we could drink our own drinks and all they offered us were paper cups. The bar woman said that glasses weren't allowed in the room and yet there were two in our bathroom already! They made us pay in full on arrival. I can see why now...had we looked at the room first we would have gone elsewhere. Will never stay in an Ibis again. Terrible value for money.

We do offer these facilities upon request because we want to give our guests a nice experience with us anyway. Regarding the beverage facilities, we do offer coffee and tea amenities upon request to enhance our guests' comfort. I read that this was offered to you, so I am wondering why it was useless in your opinion? We also understand the importance of having access to glasses, that's why they are already available in the rooms for our guests. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Good location many in-room issues

We know that rooms are generally smaller than in North America but our room with 2 single beds was tight. There was barely enough room to walk around with our bags. There was no facial tissue, face cloths, hand towels. There were only 2 bath towels total. There were no shelves in the shower. The shower head kept dropping down and wouldn’t stay up to spray on you. There was a very small garbage can in the bathroom only. The sink was plugged somehow and drained very slowly. There is no water kettle or in room amenities like tea. The plugs at the bed are right next to your head so if you have a travel adapter, you will knock it out of the socket with your pillow. The only good thing was that the location was good. Close enough to transit.
