Great stay despite the pandemic

Everything was great, as usual. Due to the pandemic they've additionally cleaned and disinfected the areas, and kept the doors in the hallways closed. But that didn't affect us at all. The hotel provided us the wine glasses and dinnerware for the take-away dinners we had, that was a great addition. The only complain would be the doors between adjoining rooms: you can easily hear what is going in that room. On first night we even had to move to another room, as it was impossible to sleep due to the TV in the room next to us. But we'd been moved in 15 min, so this doesn't count.

Really nice hotel, excellent location

This is a modern, clean and well appointed hotel. It is in the heart of Krasnoyarsk close to the river and many restaurants and tourist areas. The breakfast was really good and staff spoke good English. I'd certainly recommend staying here while in Krasnoyarsk.

Very good hotel in the city center

I stay here for the 3rd time. The hotel meets all expectation of Novotel brand. Very good location in the city center.. A small problem with the rooms faced on the ity clocktower. They beat at night. And the health center has got very poor selection of fitness machines. But a relaxing zone is very large.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for an extended period of time in late 2018, and the experience was nothing short of first class. My room was modern, very quiet and with an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the restaurant food was well presented and of a high quality. Above all, I would say that the staff were what made the experience that much more enjoyable. They were so helpful, right from the front desk team to the restaurant servers. I honestly wish that all hotels that I stayed at had staff such as these. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Krasnoyarsk!
