Dear Tsz Ling K., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. We are glad to hear that you found our location convenient and our staff friendly. We understand your concerns about the air conditioning system and apologize for any discomfort you experienced. We would like to inform you that we have initiated a project to upgrade our AC system to provide a better and more comfortable environment for our guests. This is the main reason why the AC was off during your stay. We expect this project to be completed in the next couple of months. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. In the future, should you experience any issues, our front desk and engineering staff are always ready to assist and provide solutions, such as fans for air circulation. We have noted your feedback about the shower rod, elevator operation, and the need for more charging plugs. We are continuously working to improve our facilities and services based on guest feedback.
