Not centrally located but accessible to The Duomo by public transport

This is a smallish hotel tucked away a little distance from the Duomo but trams stop is only a short distance away. It takes about 10 minutes. The hotel needs some updating but is adequate for a short stay. Unfortunately the staff did not know what The Last Supper was let alone how to get tickets for it. Eventually they tried to show me the location on Google Map which was useless as without a reservation you can’t get there. The rooms are adequate, not flash. Buffet breakfast is good.r

We booked an apartment with 2 rooms and kittens. very spaces and well equipments provided in the kitchen. Good location with restaurants around, supermarket just a cross the street Best choice for family Mr Salvatore was very helpful

Helpful reception, clear and modern rooms (same rooms have small balconies), large selections of delicious breakfast. Ideal hotel for few days to couples or business trip. Near to the city central with great and closly public transport.

The worst Hospitality expérience ! Run away ! They don’t use to provide 4 stars hotel service. Mattress hard 1 pillow Uncomplete shower … sorry they sell the room with a shower without floor ! You can just try to not hurt your feet ! And when you want to complain you can find Claudio sit or slouched with his phone and his answer « why you didn’t tell us ». No apologize you have to justify your behavior where is guest expérience ? Where is the guest need anticipation ? Even if I was alone in my room you cannot justify that poor service ! They charge 2 nights for my car while i use one night ! And when i asked to be refund Claudio said « send us an email ». Change your job Claudio stay on back office don’t talk to guest. We attempted to contact Mr Aragona And we are sure that he didn’t want to waste his time with our complaints. Well my advice close your hotel if you don’t know how to manage hotel.
