Our experience was terrible. I have stayed several times at IBIS out of the country and never experienced it. We found dirty bathroom, poorly washed bath linen; items spoiled at breakfast, delay to replenish coffee and milk, we arrived around 15:30 and had not tidied up the room. Horrible.

I really liked the room and bed quality. We had my nephew on the window bed and he was fine on the narrower bed. Air cin was effective. Fantastic shower so good that I took 2! Everywhere was spotless and pleasant. Checkin was slow as our country not listed (UK) and checkout slow as our cards wouldn't go through their machine and they had insufficient change to accept cash. Breakfast was a little limited in terms of quality, the fruit bejng uncovered and exposed to the air, and the coffee was disgusting. However we managed to get by on it, and it was cheap.

I would like to express my opinion concerning the size of the room which I thought was too small. Another point that should be improved would be guiding the cleaning staff who speak loudly in the halls communicating with other employees causing discomfort I would like to inform you that I was positively surprised to learn upon check in that there would be a courtesy, and offered me the free breakfast, I was very pleased, not exactly by value but the friendliness of the hotel, congratulations for the initiative

First time that I did stay at the Ibis Jaboticabal for one night during a business trip. Staff did speak English and was very attentive. Room was arranged very simple, but clean. Breakfast was average, but satisfied me at the end. No complaints at all and I would come back!

This has been my second stay at Ibis Jaboticabal and it could certainly demonstrate it is a good Ibis franchise. Rooms are comfortable and new and the hotel is pretty silent. In both my stays there was no noise in the room and we could enjoy it. :) In this last night we had a troubled refrigerator in our room that kept making a weird noise, but that was really no big deal due to our tiredness at that night. The continental breakfast is excellent and keeps up to the high standard of other Ibis I have been to, and it offers a good start for the day of the travelers. As the hotel is located right in the entrance of Jaboticabal, it becomes a really great option for travelers that need to go to nearby cities (which was my case in both my stayings). The employees are nice and willing to help (Ibis also has a 15-minute policy to quickly help you solve any issues with the room). Service is good and makes the stay even more pleasant. Prices are standard for the Ibis chain and can be considered fair due to the quality of the presented service. Summing up... - the good: clean and comfortable room, good service, great breakfast; - the bad: noisy refrigerator in my second staying, dark and hot room in my first staying; - the neutral: default services such as parking lot and WiFi are included in the room rates.
