First, I want to thank the entire staff and especially Ms. Tram at the front desk for being so kind and going above and beyond with her hospitality. I also enjoyed the private lounge on the top floor and the hotel gym. The lobby is beautiful and I also got a chance to try the restaurant on the first floor which I really enjoyed. My room did not feel like a 5-star hotel room as the furniture was a bit old and worn and needed to be replaced. The desk drawer would not close all the way for some reason. It's not a problem, but I was a bit surprised for a 5-star hotel. I hope to return in the future and try out some of the other local eateries nearby.

The staff at the Grand Mercure are very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel was very good with a lot of dining choices. We will definitely return. We only had a 3 day stay and there is so much more we need to see. Our highlight was a trip to the Golden Hand Bridge in Bana Hills, well worth a visit.

One of most beautiful 5star hotel in Danang. Very hospitality and lovely staffs, Ms Vy is nice. We love the room with river view 😍😍😍😍 I like breakfast here such as pho soup. The priviledge lounge is quiet and cozy 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

What a fabulous hotel. My sister and I stayed here on our last two nights in Vietnam. Our hotel was on the 20th floor and we had a huge bedroom and separate lounge room. It was about 50 sq m, and overlooked the breathing dragon bridge. The General Manager is David Coyle. He is a hands on manager, often seen in the public places engaging with his guests. My sister and I were sitting on the lounges at the pool and he arranged for iced water to be given to us. There is a free shuttle service which we took to the local market. Our last dinner was at the remarkable Golden Dragon restaurant. I would recommend a reservation as it is quite a small restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Room views is great, room quality and services are very good. Well prepared and professional. Privilege lounge is one of the top suggestions for hotels benefit from reception for guests to experience hotels food, snack and cocktails services thru out the whole trip
