After a very bumpy start with a terrible room without a working a/c they actually made it up to my top tier member habits and lived up to the expectations. Very nice treatment and especially Agus or Argus? was absolutely reliable, friendly and professional. The hotel has one big issue: they don’t have a/c neither in most of the hallways nor for the breakfast areas. Eating food at 38C is not everyone’s delight. The rooms need renovation and the doors are paperthin so forget about a good night‘s sleep. The motivated and friendly staff certainly saved this place from more negative reviews.

amazing stay at Ibis Bali Kuta

my first experience with Ibis Bali Kuta, and it was amazing. From the check-in process until check-out process, all run smoothly. the staffs were so helpful and cater to my need. they set up the room in a very unique way, that I haven't had the same experience from another accor hotel. a bit 'shocking' moment was when I entered the bathroom, there was a welcome note written on the bathroom mirror as if in a horror movie. LOL.

Nice Hotel near the Airport

This hotel has a good location, near the airport and has a lot of choices for the food around the hotel—just 15 minutes to the Seminyak Area. The room is simple and clean, and the breakfast is also tasty. The staff are friendly and willing to assist with any request.

Being a accor plus did a big mistake by opting this hotel. I will never revisit this property and i will not recommend this hotel. Hotel running with few facilities. If you ask something answer sorry sir we don't have. Other hotels offering with all facilities. I fully disappointed with this property. Accor group should think about it.

Great experince, room is wonderful, service as well. This is my first time as Accor member I stayed for 4 days I received amazing service especially from LILIS reception she’s really helpfull, smiling and efficient. Definitely I will come back. Once again Thank you Ibis Bali Kuta😊😊
