Very good service, especially the friendly staff at the Breakfast as Phi, Toan and Tram; helpful receptionists like Phat, Hai and Danh. I’m very happy because this is the second time staying here, the service and food and the staff are professional as the first time last year. Highly recommended.

Just great western business hotel in the core of Saigon. Very good service and all facilities. I can recommend the club lounge. You can easily walk from the hotel to different locations, e.g. Ben Thanh market or any bars and restaurants. Sports facilities are also very good.

Spent three nights here during last week of March 2024 along with our staff, the stay was excellent, good location, near to the main shopping area. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is fantastic, with lots of variety of dishes that suites one’s taste (if you’re a vegetarian will find it bit difficult, but you can still manage with variety of fruits and dry fruits) Staff were very friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed our stay in Pullman Saigon.

Wouldn’t rate this as a 5* hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel. There were cockroach’s in the bathroom and the cleaning service wasn’t great. It was evident when we first arrived as there was mould around the bathroom. Hotel is in a good location but definitely in need of a revamp.

Great city centred hotel based in District 1 in Saigon. Excellent levels of service from all the staff. Clean’ish room (someone had drawn a smily face on the window with moisturiser) but otherwise good. Normal complimentary water bottles+mini bar + safe etc. Good sized shower. Big bed. Breakfast was extensive, covering the dietary requirements of many different countries. Nice egg station. Great fruit. Nice coffee etc. The walk up to the main restaurants/bars etc was on first sight a little hairy, but in reality we had no issues, even walking back at 11.30pm. Pool on level 6 is nice - good breeze to combat the Saigon heat - with a nice pool bar. The roof top bar could be great, but it’s a little bit soulless. Good way of seeing the city is a good/drink tour on classic Vespas Good place to stay.
