我依據飯店的Mail 完成網上check in. 但是入住時被要求預付100元紐幣，以便支付我入住期間的extra payment. 這100元是用我的debit credit card 支付。我在辦理check out 歸還房門key 時，服務人員說這筆錢會很快退還至我的帳戶，如果我們沒有extra payment. 迄今，我沒有收到退款。 入住期間，因為冷氣太冷，有一位服務員來幫忙調整空調，謝謝這位服務員。

Excellent accommodation and conveniently located across the road from International departures and arrivals. Staff promptly had me checked into my allocated room in a very timely manner.

Huge rooms and convenient location

Spent couple of days there recently. It is across the road from airport and that's a big thing if you dont really have to go to the city. Hotel has very big rooms and beds. View to the airport but not a single noise. Hotel has great restaurant and breakfast.ots of facilities (I missed having a swimming pool).

Excellent location when travelling. We had an early international flight so flew in on Great Barrier Air from Whitinga the morning before. The hotel was accommodating and let us in the room early. The following morning we checked out early with out a hassle. The room was very comfortable. Large bathroom and all amenities. Just a short walk across the road to international departures and arrivals.
