When I enter the hotel the staffs were very helpful and hospitable to me and my other colleagues. Special thanks to Neelam & Kapil from housekeeping they helped me a lot. As I entered the room it very clean & properly organised. And thanks to each and every saff for being so kind.

Very bad option at Delhi Airport.We stay at IBIS Delhi Aero city for 2 nights..My expensive watch is missing from my room.nobody take care or answer about this.room service is slow and food taste is just ok..not wow..I felt very bad that in such brand hotel things stolen from room ..

At the Ibis hotel new delhi aeroctiy. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning was very good and washroom neat and clean. Room floor was very neat and clean. My stay was very comfortable and good experience.housekeeing staff mr.ravinder Kumar very good person. And location was very good near by airport
