Stayed here during my visit to Delhi. The stay was very comfortable and the staff in the reception is very pro active and quick in getting things done. I guess this was one of the fasted check in experience I have had. The rooms are very neat and very well maintained and my overall stay was very comfortable and convenient.

The housekeeping and room cleaning staff is very helpful and hardworking. Special thanks to Ombir Singh, who kept the room clean and made it possible. Good place to stay with family and friends. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable….

This a great hotel. Specially we would like to thank Omvir Singh for taking care of us during our stay. He is a very helpful person. He cleaned our rooms it was arranged in a perfect manner. Such a humble person. Overall hotel experience is good.

I had the worst experience with ibis hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, very poor service , I’m really upset with the Food & beverage department they gave me a wrong order and there’s a lot to it . My whole day is ruined because of the poor service and I will never want to come back to this hotel.
