Well located hotel with good swimming pool. Hotel felt dated. Room was a little shabby but very clean. Comfortable bed. We had to change room due to a plumbing problem. This was done efficiently. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was significant building work next door on the North sidr of the hotel. It didn't affect us but there were room directly facing the site. The hotel xas very busy at times being used as a base for Russian package holidays

The cleanliness was the major issue in the hotel. The slippers, the floors inside and outside the room, the hallways, the elevator, washroom. All dirty. The rate per night was high in comparison to the quality I got. It was very close to Ibis Dubai actually, but at least there you won't see dirt all over the place.

Ils m ont fermé la porte pour 500thb … sorry after so long time in Thailand , why Julien demierre and more walk after so many time walk and walk and walk …. 11 km before 5 days and poor people give always money…. 💰 why mi close don t understand , aujourd’hui c est l anniversaire à ma grand maman 90 ans kap

Very poor management

Management does not listen, nor learn. Despite the copy-and-paste assurances, all the same issues as previous stay: front-office staff who vary from ok, to completely inattentive*, shower not cleaned properly, cleaning staff over-worked and untrained. Very significant black mould on every aircon - management does not care. This mould is dangerous if inhaled. * it took six hours and two reminders to fix a wifi issue. Rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. Breakfast is poor quality - there are better quality/price breakfast all round the hotel. The pool area is nice. Unreasonably expensive during high season, despite hotel not being full (rates are more tolerable in low season). I'm sure we'll get the same old tedious response without doing anything "... ensure that such a situation does not recur in the future..." Long overdue for an Accor brand audit.
