A very nice and well located hotel, walking distance to the train station. The room was quite large and very comfortable. Good wifi. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. You can make your own pancakes!

This is a 3* hotel at best. Definitely not 4* as advertised. The rooms are very run down, they’re spacious but really very basic. I have stayed in a number of Novotel hotels which is why I booked this hotel for a stop over in Reims but it was really disappointing. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and in a sort of port-o-cabin type set up. The bathroom wasn’t overly clean and the hairdryer is like something from a public swimming pool in the 90s. The bed was very comfortable however and sheets and towels very clean. Overall it’s fine if you’re looking for somewhere to sleep but don’t expect anything more.

One night weekday stay with family, easy parking, helpful staff, clean and spacious room. Quiet bar area with mostly families. Easy to access from the autoroute and a 20 minute walk into the town centre. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

We stayed here to be close to the centre of Reims on way to Italy. Location is next to the train line so was worried it was noisy but didn’t notice at all in room. About a 20 min walk to Reims centre, through a bit of an industrial area, so not a “pretty” place to be but very easy access to town. Parking is right next door and very convenient / safe. Rooms were large and ours had a Japanese style shutter between our bed and the kids sofa bed which was excellent. Beds were comfy and clean albeit look a bit worn (our sheets had a hole in). Breakfast was nice, lots of options including a crepe maker which was a hit with the kids. Bit busy when we went, mainly because the outside area was closed due to rain - not the hotel fault obvs! All round a functional and ok hotel for a short stay in Reims.
