Novotel is always very delicious hotel to have every trip in all over world I have been through. Especially for Novotel Tangerang, its great place and it has very incredible pool and bar called Sixth Sense . No reason not to spare some times at the pool side while eating very nice nasi goreng sea food. It has affordable price with 5 star service from Geswa and bertha one of the waitress they have. Great to have dinner in Sixth Sense.

Write this review because i met Ms. Nindira, she said that shes from the guest relation. Came here with my family and unexpectedly this hotel was nice. I choose this hotel because the name Novotel is familiar to me , thats the reason why i book. And suprisingly it was a good stay here, the food and the services were wonderful. All of the employees here are very kind and helping. Thank you, i’ll be back when i get the chance to visit Tangerang again.

Since a few years the Novotel Tangerang is always our first choice whenever we are in Tangerang. The rooms are clean, the beds are really comfortable and the staff is amazing. They just renewed the gym and the equipment is the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel so far. Also the location right next to the mall is a big plus. We are really looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you!

Excellent service.. We can find more food, because this place beside mall. Swimming pool and Gym place very comfortable. Very nice to stay here with fams. When we were breakfast, more choice to find anything food, and the taste very good. We are recomended to stay this hotel.
