Wonderful stay. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Doorman, luggage attendants, and customer service personnel were very nice. France has a reputation for being rude but not here. We experienced rudeness from a couple of Uber drivers and staff at Disneyland Paris but not at Pullman. Rm 536 was excellent. Clean, spacious, and no foul odors. Our room had some view of Eiffel Tower. For us, it was perfect. Cold outside, but the hotel was warm and comfortable. Housekeeping came daily. Complimentary water and sodas in the fridge were restocked. The room had 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups, coffee, tea, a bottle opener, and kettle. We did not use their restaurant or room service. Pizza at the restaurant across the street is horrible. Exit the hotel and make a right. Walk a little further down where there is a great Italian restaurant with good pizza. If ever in Paris again, we would definitely stay here.

room service is very slow,I think they don’t have so many staffs. Only 2 water bottle are available. After that. If you want your can buy 1 litre for 8 euros After that they will deliver you after 1 hour . They are charging so much,they should have had a good amount of staff to deal with it

Worst experience ever for a 4 star hotel. Like everyone else, the location is good to view the Eiffel tower but then again, restaurants nearby are all a rip off and serves mediocre food, streets nearby are also pretty dark at night. When we were checking in to the hotel, they caught us by surprise with an additional tax to pay for their olympic games (40euros for 2 pax), we don’t have a choice and paid for it. It was charged to our credit card on the day itself and when we are checking out 5 days later, surprise, we are charged ANOTHER 40 euros AGAIN. We went to the reception and check and the girl said the first transaction was a pre authorised payment so it wasn’t charged to us yet. The money was held by my bank and keep asking am I using a debit or credit card. She raised her voice and said no the first day payment will be reversed to us. I told her if you guys double charged me can I write a review on it? She’s like, go ahead. Wow. I asked her, the first day yes I did swipe my credit card on your machine but the last day I did NOT, how can you just charge my card without my authorisation? What if months later you decide to randomly charge me again? Is this a fraud? Or scam? She just brush me off and ask me to go back and wait. Ok, left me with no choice again right? It’s been 6 days already, and both transactions are deducted on my card and NOT pending. Yes, 2 times of 40euros charged. That is 80 euros in total. I’ve bank statements as proof, what more do you have to say? Aside from this ridiculous episode, their receptions for some reason ALWAYS has lines. Are they understaffed? Or are they just taking their time…? Reason why this affects me is because I’ve to go to their reception at least 3-4 times throughout my 5 days stay. I requested for a change of room as I’ve requested for a high floor and good view of the Eiffel Tower but they just throw me at a corner on the 2nd floor and apologised by saying they’re fully occupied. Mind you, I booked it last year, and indicated it was my honeymoon. It is too much to ask for? The next day they changed us to a smaller room and said they’ll make sure our luggages will be shifted to the new room by the time we are back. We dare not expect that and true enough, we came back to an empty room with NO luggages in sight. Had to call the reception and wait, again. Another time, the keys doesn’t work and we had to queue and wait at the reception again. As others are saying in the review, indeed don’t expect a 4 star hotel to be entirely safe. Especially not from this particular outlet. We encountered random cleaners trying to open our door without knocking and when we get the door, they say housekeeping but it’s night time already?? (Who does housekeeping at night??) And we did hang on the door no housekeeping required. What if we aren’t in? What are they trying to do? The extra lock is useless as well cause it doesn’t work. We also tried using the coffee machine in the room and it doesn’t work and starts leaking, then we realised the plastic inside is broken. Immediately we called for assistance and the technician came and pour away the water, told us to use it properly and left, instead of fixing it, he ask the housekeeper to come. You just lazy or?? Nothing is solved bro. End up we just decided not to use the coffee machine anymore, pathetic. Oh and not forgetting, in the morning don’t be surprised when you’re awaken by hearing sounds from the level above yours or your neighbours. I doubt the rooms are soundproof. Lastly, when we arrived at the hotel in a car, noone came to get our luggages at all. Not at the car, not at the lobby, we had to carry it all the way to our room. Lol. What a splendid honeymoon experience, thanks Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel.

Checkin 的時候櫃檯人員冷淡,有另外一位韓國籍的女生服務人員更加冷淡,韓國籍的女服務人員只會跟韓國人跟歐美外國人打招呼跟聊天,完全不理會說中文的客人,入住的這兩天,韓國籍的女服務人員在一樓大廳遇到我們的時候完全沒有跟我們打招呼! 其他的一樓服務人員也都不會在我們進入大廳的時候熱情的歡迎我們回來。 飯店的空調入住的當下是壞掉的,服務人員有來幫忙修理好,這部分效率不錯。 整體來說房間大小適中,但就是可以很近的觀賞鐵塔這個好處跟優點罷了。
