The room and the places were clean enough, I liked it. Check-in and check-out were quite easy and quick. The staff was helpful. The wi-fi connection was average but not bad but could have been better. Breakfast was sufficient.

Came to stay at this hotel for the 2nd time. The place is as good as when I came there in June. The room was nice, the staff - polite and welcoming. We didn't take breakfast, so no comment on that one. Will consider for my next stay for sure.

As a member of the Accor club, I got 10% reduction on this hotel, which made it a very reasonable price. The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean, the staff were (mostly) very efficient and friendly, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the wi-fi was good. With an all-in deal, I could binge at breakfast, and I did - especially enjoyed the kasha with lingonberry jam! And the scrambled eggs. But not the blini - they were too hard, and one morning they were delivered stone-cold! I used the restaurant in the evening sometimes for convenience (I was there for a week) and found it a bit over-priced, especially as for some reason they only had the expensive house wine and not the cheaper option. But on the whole, very good and I'd be happy to stay there again.

Overpriced hotel

I was in a premium room for 1 week and the wifi connection was really poor, I have to go to the lobby for urgent stuff. Otherwise, the hotel is overpriced with medium standard services. The big advantage is the location.

We stayed in IBIS Moscow Paveletskaya Hotel on September 2019 as a family for 3 nights. We booked the rooms through Booking.com. The hotel accepts credit cards for payment. The hotel is well connected to public transportation. The nearest tram stop is Zhukov Passage, which is less than 120 metres away from the hotel. The tram numbers 2, 39 and A from Zhukov Passage goes to Paveletskaya metro station. We used Yandex taxi (use the mobile app) for travelling to the railway station with all our luggage. There is a bank (Investitsionnyy Torgovyy Bank) near Zhukov Passage where we converted our US$ to Roubles. The bank gave us 62.5 Roubles conversion for 1 USD, the rate varies as per market. There are 2 Eurospar supermarkets in walkable distance from the hotel. We used them for getting water and fruits. There is a Domino's Pizza next door to the hotel, which was very useful since there aren't any good restaurants in the nearby streets. There is a KFC and a Subway outlet next to the Zhukov passage tram station. The hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood and safe to roam even at night. The room was spacious and had good heating. They provided us with a baby crib. The bathroom door had no lock and it was embarrassing with a kid around. We got hot water from the bar next to the reception. The staff was a pleasant girl and was always happy to help us any time we requested hot water. The reception gave us an hour late check-out and we are extremely thankful for them. The breakfast was basic but was fresh and tasty. As we were travelling with a toddler, we usually take some snacks from the breakfast buffet for later on in the day in case we cannot find good restaurants at her meal times. On the first two days, the restaurant staff let us pack a few snacks for the baby, however, on the third day, the restaurant staff after consulting with the senior staff refused to let us pack a snack box for our toddler. This was an embarrassing moment, however we respect the hotel policy.
