My recent stay at Ibis, Navi Mumbai was marred with disappointing housekeeping service. Despite repeated calls to reception, the cleaning staff failed to attend to my room. The lack of attention to cleanliness was a notable downside. Management should address this issue promptly to uphold their reputation.Room No.403,Check in-8th April-10th April.

The service was fantastic!! Thank you Mayuresh san! Dinner quality was great. 今回ibis Mumbaiは初めてでしたが、サービスが非常に良く、長期滞在として満足できる施設でした。14日間の滞在で、朝食はあまり変わらなかったが卵料理は非常に対応良く作ってくれました。部屋はタオルの取っ替えはたまに忘れられるがインドと考えれば許容範囲内です。次回また使います。

Mr Mayuresh, thanks millions! Thank you for the good service. The food is good and the service is not bad. If you come to Navi Mumbai, please stay here. The dinner buffet is delicious. The ice cream was especially good. The breakfast is eggs！！

Lovely property very peaceful place Perfect place in a budget we had a very comfortable stay during our stay there was a lady her name was nikita she was a very kind and a sweet girl we found and there was a duty manager i think his name was visnu or something it was his last day of working that guy was so polite breakfast was pretty good yes we had some up nd down during the stay but this people handled very nicely.
