Great budget hotel, the rooms were all really clean and staff were friendly and up for a laugh, helping us with our key cards that we struggled with when pissed. Just what we needed in a hotel for a night out and the later check out time of 12 really helps when you have a hangover!

When reception tell you can park 2 hours and received a parking fine after parked for one and half hour.

We visited this Ibis hotel on 26th April , when we checked in to the hotel, receptionist told us we can park there not more than 2 hours, then we need to move our car to the nearby pay car park, after one hour and half, we have moved the car and now I received a parking fine. I am really angry and will not stay at this hotel again. A really terrible experience.

We booked this hotel to go to 🎵 concert. I wouldn’t revisit, as a budget hotel this is the worse I have ever been in. The room is far too small, there is no room to get ready. The toilet is in the smallest confined space, I can only describe it as a toilet in a cupboard! The smell of the toilet ‘room’/cupboard’, being so small was vile. My daughter didn’t want to sleep on the bunk bed , it creeked like it was going to fall apart! So we had all three of us in one bed. My mum had booked via Booking.com, & had confirmation of breakfast included in the price. When we went down for breakfast , only one was included apparently, we exited the hotel and went elsewhere, we couldn’t wait to leave. In the future If we want a budget hotel we will stick to Premier Inn, who offer better value for money, better customer service and more family friendly!

10 out of 10, location was good, everything super clean, good price and tasty breakfast. Should mention as well that the staff was really friendly and helful, specifically Wanida and Anthony that were really supportive!

Basic hotel with no empathy

Arrived at the hotel upon check in and explained that my husbands father had passed away and that we couldn't stay a second night. We were on a "pay at the hotel deal" with free cancellation. The hotel said that we would have to put our request in writing through Agodo. They took the full amount of money for our trip and when we contacted Agodo they referred us back to the hotel. Not a very good experience. Hotel is very basic. We only stayed in our room for a couple of hours, can't comment on the breakfast as we could not stay to fulfil our trip. Not very accommodating!!!
