Treated like ViP’s in signature club

Wow. From check in to check out we were treated like VIPs by everyone we encountered at S/O. The location ticked all our boxes, the room was very modern and we enjoyed staying in the upgraded 25th floor with large room, sleek bath and sweeping view over the park. Club signature access with the all day refreshments and nightly cocktails with canapés was so worth the upgrade. The staff at S/O were so warm and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. In particular I would like to commend the following staff who were exemplary throughout our stay and deserve to be recognised. Kittipat who is the assistant wine and dine director accommodated us when there was a private function at the Red Oven. He went out of his way to offer an alternative dining experience and provided us one on one amazing service. Kie, Gift, KT and LK were also outstanding making our stay so rewarding. I cannot thank everyone enough who made us feel so welcome. We are definitely returning March 2025

Keng very good service , Meen take care very good, The bots ,There have service mine to much for us. Moktel so good and get more relaxed for me I love it , I very appreciate I will come back to so bangkok again ………………………………..………………… So good for us.

The recesionist lady Gun was very kind. İt was so good After our very long flight . She helped us with everything we needed . She explained us hotel facility very well. She also told us what to do in bangkok. İ have personally been before but didnt know this much.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the awesome service and kindness we experienced at So/Bangkok. Over the past six years, we've had the pleasure of visiting So/Bangkok eight times, and every time we're greeted with smiles and made to feel special by your amazing staff. They really make So/Bangkok stand out. I want to give a special shoutout to Noom and his team at the Club Signature Lounge, including Luktao, Namtip, JJ, Petch, Am, Tangmo, Gorgia, Queen, and Quirien. They work really hard to make sure everyone feels at home, no matter how busy they are. And thanks a lot for making my birthday so unforgettable. We had dinner in So/ rooftop and had the best time. Our server, Keng, is the best! He provide the best service to us and give the best services. We will be back to So/. The food is great, the view is stunning from Not too crowded. The weather is nice
