It was a great stay. Easy check in and check out. Good breakfast and overall stay was Good. The food was good. The pool is amazing. Room service was available and did a commendable job. Staff was always smiling and was ready to shaw courtesy. Would refer my friends and family to come and stay whenever they are in Pune .

The staff was very good. They allowed us free late check out till 3pm without even asking. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family!

Where do I start? being an accor member I had mixed feelings about the communication I had with reservations, something was told and something else was sent to me on email, I went by the conversation and did not check my email as I was travelling. However this discomfort was dissolved after I met the check in team lead by Suvajit, he ensured that there was no stone unturned to give us a pleasant stay, including a pleasant check in and check out experience. Then I asked to meet the F&B Manager Tareek based on my interactions with Novotel imagicaa. Tareek raised the bar and ensured that all dinning needs were flawless, supported by his team Rehan and colleagues. Thank you for this comfortable stay and experience it gives me confidence to continue my membership.
