We stayed a total of 6 nights in February 2024 at this hotel. The hotel had a driver pick us up at Chennai airport. He kindly waited two hours for us due to lost luggage. The staff in the restaurant were consistently polite, attentive, and courteous. The rooms were clean. The front desk employees were not always polite. They would allow male customers to interrupt my conversations with them on a regular basis. On one occasion, a lady at the front desk prevented us from taking an elevator to our room because she stated we had not paid for our reservation. We stayed the previous night, the hotel had our credit card information and could have easily ran the charges. Instead they chose to embarrass us in front of other guests at the hotel. Also, we had to call the front desk four separate times one evening to request a laundry bag. Another issue was we were approved for a 2 pm check out. However at 11:30 on the day of checkout, the front desk called and asked why we had not checked out.

The front office team was very helpful..check in was very smooth by ayantika. And sheetal ..the food was so good ..it was a smooth stay ....resturant team is very helpful ....special thanks to Rochelle, joel ,jyoti , . It was really pleasent stay .

Had very pleasant stay here, all the front office staff is so helpful especially Joel, Rochelle, Ayanthika , Ambika , and shomik from restaurant and thanks for the decoration as well The food is also good . All the staff is helpful.. housekeeping team did the decoration very well and the valley person was also helped a lot Thanks to all Novotel team

I never enjoyed my stay like this hotel. The rooms are cleaned & tidy. The housekeeping person who was cleaned my room, he was perfect in his work. And Mr Nilesh was helped me lot during my stay. The room service also good. The taste of food was excellent💯💯
