chose the Novotel Lampung hotel for a staycation and to celebrate my child's birthday, and coincidentally the Novotel Lampung is a highly recommended hotel. from my child who really likes the swimming pool and the large selection of breakfast foods. Thank you Mrs. Fitri for giving my child a birthday cake hehe. The service provided really impressed me and I always choose Novotel Lampung for every staycation

The service provided by Novotel Lampung is very good, starting from its friendliness and quick response to guests' wishes. The first time I came, Mrs. Fitri helped me with a fast check-in process, I was given a free upgrade and given cake in my room. easy and smooth wifi access, delicious food and lots of choices, nice and big swimming pool, spacious rooms and beautiful views

had a very good and comfortable stay, from the start we were greeted warmly by the reception staff and front desk staff who helped carry things. Located on the coast of the Southern edge of Sumatera Island. Just around 10 minutes from the business district, perfect for business conference activity, meetings. and leisure. Professional staff, excellent food, room cleanliness, wide swimming pool and of course unforgettable seaside view.

Overall okay. I feel comfortable with the room, food in restaurant and the view. Also I enjoyed the service from mba Meli mba Niken and mba Fitri. Afterall I just want hotel for improve their frontdesk service a lil more.
