Accom spacious & clean. Arya, Guest manager ensures all guests expectations are met promptly, no request is difficult. Head chef Wyan oversees the best breakfast in Bali and the nightly banquets provide varied choices for everyone. Staff Ayu, Hati, Fendi and Bar manager Ari, professional & personable. Family friendly for all ages. We have stayed at Pullman many times, and never disappointed🥳😊

We stayed at Pullman Legian for a 9 night stay in April 24 and chose the 1 bedroom option featuring a separate lounge room. We arrived quite late at night (2am) and were welcomed to a cool beverage and an efficient check in. The porter escorted us to the clean room featuring two full size bathrooms and our bedroom. The room was interconnecting so it could be opened to include a 2 bedroom space featuring 3 bathrooms. The room, looked over the garden and infinity pool. Each day there is always something happening with various DJ’s and a (not so great) saxophone player twice a week. There is also an outdoor cinema to catch an evening movie. The bed was a traditional Balinese bed, meaning they are hard and sensational aircon which is suggested to remain on 22 degrees to avoid moisture build up. Although the room has a fridge, there is no mini bar service which is lacking from a 5 star hotel. A cold beer or wine at the least will be much appreciated without having to make a trek down to the bar situated in the lobby. There is also no iron or ironing board within the rooms, instead they have a yoga mat and light weights in the wardrobe. The gym on site is large and has a great amount of equipment perfect for a cardio or weightlifting workout. We utilised the restaurant on various occasions however on our first visit, we were advised there was no deposit on the room and we would have to do this first. This took me by surprise as usually each hotel will take an imprint of a credit card. Instead Pullman Legian, require $350.00 payment and once the amount has been reached, more money is required to be put down. It would have been good to know this at the start, as I would have made one larger transaction to cover our full stay. Breakfast was an international sensation featuring all the western favourites such as an egg station, bacon, etc plus a large selection of Balinese food and Indian, Japanese, fresh fruits, pancakes, waffles and freshly squeezed juices. Dinner was great with a buffet system set up and other in room dining options were pretty good plus speedy service. Although the departure transfer cost us 30,000, we were asking by the driver for money as he dropped us off. He claimed he had to pay for a ticket to depart the airport. I found this odd considering the transfer was pre paid with the hotel. What we loved: The size of the room, Balconies from each room, The attentive service from each department including Housekeeping, and front office. Loved the food, love the location across the road from the beach and love the infinity pool. The not so good which requires improvements… Although listed as a 5 star property, it felt more like a glamorous Mercure or 4 star property due to the fact of not having a mini bar in room, plus a constant smell of mould throughout the rooms and not being able to enjoy a warmer in room temperature. Would we return? In short, yes we would hoping the couple of points here would be addressed.

My wife and I went to Bali to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we stayed at Pullman Bali Legian Beach. I must say, we were very impressed by the professional services we received from the reception, housekeeping and the restaurant. A shout out to Ari, the restaurant manager and her team, for engaging with all the customers during our meals there. They were very friendly and helpful. They were super attentive to the needs of the customers and ensured that everyone was happy and enjoyed their meals. I recommend potential tourists to consider staying at Pullman.
