Had an amazing time in palm Sofitel. Great ambience and good food. My favorite was Red Thai Curry from this evening. Staffs here were very hospitable and friendly. Thanks to Gopal, Sreelal and Gusti for making our experience irreplaceable and heartwarming. It was pleasure dining with you.

Amazing dining experience with The World of Eatery restaurant . Restaurant team members are really hospitable and professional. My sisters really liked service and food. Special mention to Sreelal, Gusti and Mr. Gopal. In Dubai this is our best destination for family gathering. This place really value your money and time.

The hotel is so clean and big. All the staff are exceptional special mention to Mr. Han and Ms. Agnes in Manava Buffet restaurant, they are very helpful and friendly. Execellent service to both of them. In terms of the food, it was fresh and so delicious. Kudos to the team

Amazing service by dedicated teams, wonderful hotel. Beautiful bedrooms apartments. Teams go above and beyond to make you happy. Special thank you to the valets, always funny and smiling to everyone even when it’s really hot outside. The breakfast was really nice as well, the most variety I’ve ever seen in my life. thank you to masud that was running for us to get us everything we wanted 🥰

Dissapointment at Sofitel The Palm Dubai

am writing to share my dissatisfaction after a recent stay at Sofitel Dubai, which unfortunately did not live up to the exceptional standards experienced at Sofitel Bali. Upon arrival, I faced an urgent situation as I had left my mobile phone in a taxi for which i blame myself. I immediately informed reception staff, but it took them over an hour to contact the taxi service. By then, the taxi had gone far, complicating the retrieval of my phone. During this stressful period, I was not offered any comforting amenities or support such as a simple glass of water. starkly different from the warm welcome typically expected at Sofitel properties. When i told them that not even a welcome drink was provided they said that its because we arrived at 9am and checkin is at 3pm.! Does not even make sense. Additionally, I encountered inflexibility regarding meal services. When I mentioned that we would miss the included breakfast due to an early departure and asked to swap it for a small lunch the previous day, the solution offered was merely a modest discount rather than accommodating my request, which felt dismissive and inadequate. Regarding the accommodations, the luxury room booked did not meet expectations. It featured stained carpets and outdated furniture, which did not reflect the standard shown in promotional photos. I hope this feedback encourages you to enhance staff training and responsiveness to ensure that the high standards of Sofitel are uniformly maintained across all Sofitel Properties. Not worth it for the high price you pay.
