Excellent place to stay! The Spa is well worth it. The staff is very attentive to serve. Be sure to visit all the restaurants. My last night I found The World Eatery Mexican/Italian menu, and the food was Amazing! Great place to stay and will be back!

We have travelled a lot around the world (and are still travelling) and have so many hotel experiences. This is the sixth time we have stayed at this hotel in 3 years. The complex is very clean, beautiful and spacious. The choice of restaurants and quality is excellent. Every wish is fulfilled here. All the staff at the club are unique! They can read almost every wish from your eyes. They all do a great job! But also Sugita from Maui! All these employees are the main reason why we have been booking this hotel for 3 years with our 2 children, besides the fact that the hotel is clean. We are on the 4th floor in the Prestige Suite, and housekeeping also does a very good job here. Only the sea is unfortunately not like at the Jumeirah, as it is not open sea, but unfortunately it is like that on the palm trees.

I went with my cousins for dinner and it was my first experience in sofitel palm. I would love to share my experience with their warm welcome by gusti and beautiful ambience. Service was amazing and staffs are very friendly to explain about our all questions. i don’t know what to say about chicken nachos salad and thai chicken curry.😋 i would like to give special thank to gopal and sreelal for making as feel so comfortable and special.✌️❤️ Absolutely would love visit again.

Had an amazing time in palm Sofitel. Great ambience and good food. My favorite was Red Thai Curry from this evening. Staffs here were very hospitable and friendly. Thanks to Gopal, Sreelal and Gusti for making our experience irreplaceable and heartwarming. It was pleasure dining with you.

Amazing dining experience with The World of Eatery restaurant . Restaurant team members are really hospitable and professional. My sisters really liked service and food. Special mention to Sreelal, Gusti and Mr. Gopal. In Dubai this is our best destination for family gathering. This place really value your money and time.
