Dear hkg2009hkg, Thank you for choosing to stay at the ibis Bangkok Sathorn and providing your honest feedback on TripAdvisor. Our hotel joins in part of the initiative of sustainability programs, so the room cleaning once the guest requires by hanging the “MAKE UP MY ROOM” signage at the door and then we will refill amenities in every day. However, if no requirement for room cleaning, guest can request we serve to the room at convenient times. We apologies for miscommunicate in this information during checking in. Your feedback is helping us maintain a high level of service and ensuring that corrective actions are put in place. Not Quite The Ibis I was Expecting.

Dear watsonworld, Thank you for your valuable feedback. Rest assured that your satisfaction is of great concern. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your recent stay with us. We are looking into your comment about the shuttle service and water temperature. I understand that you have expressed concern about paying the security deposit, but I would like to clarify that this is a standard policy at our establishment. The security deposit is required for the extra bill, this can be cash or the credit card. For our guest can sign the extra bill such as a restaurant/laundry bill to their room account for their convenience and settle bills on departure. However, if it’s inconvenient, guest just let us know. We will inform the guest to pay the bill directly, as this cannot charge on the room account. Please be assured that the security deposit will be refunded to you in full upon your departure if the guest pays by cash. For the credit card, we will cancel the authorize. Dear AndrewSantoso, Thank you for sharing your review about your recent stay with us We are pleased to read that you found our maintenance and cleanliness to be above expectations and our breakfast menu delicious. As our aim, it is important for us to provide an excellent service and comfortable facilities to our guests, so we are glad that you were able to enjoy this during your stay. In ibis we offer an economic product with the best service and as such we do not offer the full range of amenities in the room. As part of initiatives of Planet21, the sustainability program of Accor, we have limited the detergent usage. There is a 3 in 1 solution in the bathroom serving the purpose of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
