Terrible service by reception and the manager.

The service was terrible beginning with the reception until the manager. Every room was supposed to have towels and an iron, but when I entered the room there were no towels and iron. I have called the reception more than 7 times, in every time I called they told me to wait for a few minutes and I will get it but I have waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had an appointment and I couldn’t get to it because of the delay of the services. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

I felt very good, and the service was very well. I like Tilak & Maria,because they very nice and confident. About costumer service definitely we will be come back next time with our group thank you Novotel team for your great hospitality service

Well maintained and clean hotel,staff was friendly and helpful,room was well clean and well maintained,all the amenities and was available,bed was clean and well made,bathroom and shower area was well clean and well maintained,clean and sufficient area for dining as well,food was delicious and with different varieties.
