Well maintained and clean hotel,staff was friendly and helpful,room was well clean and well maintained,all the amenities and was available,bed was clean and well made,bathroom and shower area was well clean and well maintained,clean and sufficient area for dining as well,food was delicious and with different varieties.

One of the best place to stay Novotel al bustan really great hotel stay since from concierge to all the department in would like to thank house keeping team front office reception and I don't forgot Tilak from desk he is really great man thank you Tilak for you awesome service to us about all the information

One of my close friends hosted her wedding at novotel. The arrangement, the food, and the friendliness of the staff made me feel so welcomed and I loved every detail about the night. The staff were really hardworking, thanks to their effort 💕
