This is a truly world class hotel. It is situated in its own large grounds and the building is colonial in style and kept in pristine condition throughout. We had a hotel limousine meet us at the airport and on arriving at the hotel were greeted by no fewer than three members of staff. We were taken to the Millesime Lounge where the manager, Nikkole Salvador, could not have been more helpful. I had lost my wallet on the way from London and Mr. Salvador went to enormous trouble contacting the airline and smoothing our way through our stay at the hotel. The hotel room was delightful in every way, as was the bathroom, and the swimming pool in the grounds was massive and well tended. Breakfasts were served with great style in a gracious dining, and the array of fresh food was splendid; the staff were as charming as could me. Returning to the Millesime Lounge, the room provided a charming cocktail hour from 5.30 to 7.30 pm, and the service was personal and attentive. Mr.Salvador runs a tight ship and the guests wanted for nothing, and this gave the lounge a convivial feel. All in all, this is a really classy hotel run by people who know how to make their guests feel special. We can’t wait to return.

A gorgeous property set in wonderful grounds in central Phnom Penh. Great views of the river from upper floors. The staff were very special : gracious , helpful and professional. As an example the concierge team arranged a car and driver by email in advance of our stay to take us up to Siem Reap and this was superb : a beautiful hotel car with air con , cold towels and a great driver . Mr. Khim. The room and bathroom were a great size and very well appointed. Beautiful foyer bar with live singer in the evenings. We enjoyed listening to Femka , a beautiful Dutch lady with a great voice. The buffet breakfast was superb with egg dishes cooked to order. Excellent eggs Benedict. The ambience of the hotel with gorgeous fresh flower arrangements and the spaciousness of the foyer and public spaces was very special. Great gym and swimming pool area.

Love this place very much. Gives me a very comfortable feeling, with a campus full of green trees, fresh air, no noise or bustle. The hotel design is classic, but not outdated. The service staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. We are lucky to be a member of the Accor Hotel chain, enjoying many benefits. We were welcomed very warmly and friendly. The bar area is very gorgeous, with accoutic music, the singer can sing Vietnamese music, very cute. The breakfast and dinner areas are large, airy, and comfortable. The food here is very delicious, because a famous chef in the restaurant and hotel industry directly cooks it. Regarding rooms and services: spacious, comfortable rooms, ancient design, but also a bit modern. The mattress was very comfortable, slept very well. Will come back to this place....

we have excellent four nights at Sofitel from the entrance till departure we feel the warm welcoming and utmost attention on our stay with this occasion i sincerely thank to General Manager Charles Henri Chevet and his team. During our stay we also used Concierge Mr. Gutha made our travel easier with his precise arrangements. Now tuk tuk drivers Mr. Sela and funny guy 007 James Bond both men took us sightseeing out and inside the city with utmost care. Thank to alsoSecurity manager and his team . Now when we come to our room on 10th floor. Our room faces to the Mekong river with a nice Balcony gives also the possibility to access club room which gives a good time to have Margarita cocktail and signature snacks made by the chef. Breakfast time is the time for a new day and having a lovely Cappuccino from Seang Heng makes us waken up. Over all we have nice 4 days i strongly recommend Sofitel if you have away to Phonm Penh.
