I booked sofitel macau 13/April ~ 15/April. When I arrived at this hotel, staff came to us and guided to 17th floor for fastest check-in. Most of all, ☆Russel☆is the best hotel member. He prepared my wife birthday cake!! I want to come again soon.

Logistical Nightmare! Bus from Port staff was yelling at her kids on the phone the entire ride. Room wasn’t ready at 5 to check in. Staffs English Language wasn’t even basic. Casino was just old and tired. Drop us off at the wrong destination when time to leave I guess the difference between a ferry and a bridge is subjective 🤔

They're morning buffet tasted amazing, as they are freshly made. The hotel is also located in the middle of the town of Macao, with amazing shops and food nearby. There are also many free shuttles to other tourist attractions in Macau. The service in the hotel are also good.

The club service is excellent and I had a great service from Catherine, Kristine and Macy. Very satisfied with the service provided. The room is very comfortable, clean and nice. Definitely a value stay in Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16. Sure will come back next time :D

I am for family vacation. The room is clean and big. The states is very friendly. I booked club level room with club lounge access. The staffs are friendly, especially Catherine, Kristine and May are all very helpful. They always proactive come forward to help us.
