I have a great time here and especially Ann and Kristine who work at the lounge is so kind. I will definitely comeback here. Thanks so much and I can’t wait to comeback again . The hotel is not really new but it’s still ok to stay . You can walk to any place.

Sofitel gave us a very generous upgrade. The pillows were perfect! Victor, Kristine, Ann, and Catherine were very kind and went the extra mile to assist us with where to go, etc. Overall, it's a joy and a relief that there are people conversant in English in a foreign land.

I booked sofitel macau 13/April ~ 15/April. When I arrived at this hotel, staff came to us and guided to 17th floor for fastest check-in. Most of all, ☆Russel☆is the best hotel member. He prepared my wife birthday cake!! I want to come again soon.

Logistical Nightmare! Bus from Port staff was yelling at her kids on the phone the entire ride. Room wasn’t ready at 5 to check in. Staffs English Language wasn’t even basic. Casino was just old and tired. Drop us off at the wrong destination when time to leave I guess the difference between a ferry and a bridge is subjective 🤔

They're morning buffet tasted amazing, as they are freshly made. The hotel is also located in the middle of the town of Macao, with amazing shops and food nearby. There are also many free shuttles to other tourist attractions in Macau. The service in the hotel are also good.
