No body is responsible there ..dirty towels..very bad breakfast ....breakfast manager and team is very very lazy and irresponsible...very different from other ibis hotel...actually ibis is famous for warm welcome but I don't know what I'd the problem but they are deal very different

Ibis not a choice anymore

Multiple issues in my stay of 13 days 1. Most of the time your call to receptionist is unattended. I tried calling today 3 times to the help/ receptionist number at 1am in the night but no one responded. It could be an emergency but they don't bother about it. 2. Transport service is worst. They will never come on time. So if you getting late for meetings and you really want to avail the cab facility provided by hotel then you will never be able to attend that. Recorded multiple of such issues. The cab driver will say something and the cab coordinater will say something else. 3. It's regular repetitive breakfast, you will eventually get bored having everyday. This is definitely another worst part 4. Water dispensers wasn't working in gym area, this is obvious you will get dehydrated if you don't carry your water bottle. Escalating this matter would waste your time 5. No nepkin in the gym area and post requesting multiple times it took an hour to bring that back to the gym. 6. They are charging so many taxes on food bills. Making it mandatory to pay Service tax of 5% after adding gst chat gst service tax and cgst service tax is really not acceptable 7. No room cleaning even you have tagged the cleaning request on the door 8. They started giving special service post raising concern about breakfast but even thought the special service food offer was cold one so your hospitality of no use 9. There taxes on each items will make your bill huge. Post asking , one of the staff member was arrogantly started responding to the concern 10. This is my second visit to hotel but my first visit was far better than this one. The hospitality they offer and the treatment given to each guest was just remarkable. Definitely Ibis has degraded their standards and is definitely not the good place to stay for business visit any longer. 11. The above issues might be the corporates approaching to them directly considering budgeted hotel for them but definitely not recommended one after this visit Still Many more to highlight there but enough for anyone to make decision on stay

Hotel is situated in prime location with all basic services need.. Love to stay in ibis.. Rooms are neat & clean and well maintained.. Housekeeping service is good.. When came back to the room, rooms are clean and things are set. Special mention to khusboo, Rajdeep and venkat for their efforts for making my stay comfortable..

Good clean and well maintained hotel and clean rooms.. Restaurants food is good and all departments staffs are very friendly.. housekeeping services is good on time . Special mentioned to Nidhi and Rajdeep and their supervisor venkat.
