Nothing changed after years about this hotel . Same unprofessional receptionist Bell Boy staff always standing in corner in group chatting, Service at Breakfast was very low standard This Hotel doesn’t allow outside guest after 8 pm but you can take guest to the room directly from lobby than no one ask but if you ask for permission they will deny it,generally guest timing are till 10 pm. I say it’s average 3 star quality standard Hotel must be working as it’s in Businesses area otherwise no one would visit if you are paying for 5 Star

Fantastic stay at Sofitel. Breakfast and Dinner offer plenty of choices and the staff (especially Mr. Inas) is extremely helpful and service oriented. The fitness is very well equipped, with cardio and weight training machines. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Thanks to Mr Nimesh Pandav ji , Rachita Sood & Sharddha Shinde. They were all amazing people. I stayed there with my brother and sofitel, which made us very comfortable . Very nice service and beautiful rooms. We did enjoy morning breakfast every day, and the service was excellent .
