Terrible. Poor wifi, noisy, tv didn't work. The only positive is the location Couldn't get wifi to the TV for streaming or to my laptop. Noisy from 4am, so every night was a terrible sleep. The cleanliness of the room was average. The vending machines are fully stocked so that's good

The issues here were basically endless. Stained linen, bugs in the bed, mould and literal excrement in the shower, used tissues left on the bed, stained furniture, stains all over the walls including near where your rests. To top it off the motel refused to help in anyway. I had to check out at 10:00pm at night and make my way home incurring significant expenses in doing so. I had bugs all over me in the night, in my hair and throughout the room. I asked to be moved and was told they would have a look. I came back the next day, nothing had been done and it was awful. Cleaners had left a dirty tissue on the bed. The worker at reception said they were full so he couldn’t move my room. The best he could do was leave a note for the manager for morning. I had to cancel my trip and return home at 09:30 at night occurring significant cost. Nothing to do to help at all. I have backpacked through Asia and traveled Australia and the world, never have I had to spend a night like this and never have reception been so powerless to help. Don’t stay here. A backpackers is a better option.

Small but tidy room basic amenities. Definitely tied looking hotel , hence the good price. Conveniently located close to nearby bars and restaurants. Good option if it’s short visit or not spending too much time in the room. Particularly more suited to a single rather than 2 due to the size

Superb location and budget friendly in the middle of the CBD. Whilst the room was small it featured all the necessary features - en suite, frig, tea and coffee making and a double bed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. This was my first stay at this hotel and I will definitely be returning next month. Luggage storage facility is also available.

Will never return. The only good things about this hotel was the water pressure in the tiny shower, and the pancakes were ok - when the machine worked which it didn’t two days if our stay. I spilt chocolate milk on my bed (I have Tourette’s syndrome, was not on purpose). Left the bed visibly unmade and stain visible. Came back from first day out to find the bed made - covering up my stains and not changed. That night accidentally spilt tea on the other single bed - came back to the same thing (we left both beds unmade with stain visible). The bathroom is a joke! Toilet is narrow, no ventilation in the room either. The toilet room has an opening into the shower at the roof, so nothing contained. The shower has a frosted glass door (about 1x1 meter) that opens to a basin and mirror and the best part - a shower curtain between you and the room. You get one towel per bed and only one bath mat, no hand towel and no cutlery/plates etc. There is one table, one chair, one power point with two plugs (so bring a double adapter and an extension cord as it’s under the over sized tv). When cleaning out the room, staff went through and threw out our things (or took them idk) - who’s place it if there’s to decide if I’ve finished with my beauty products that are in their packets or not (I believe that was meant to be my choice and the packet was with other things that where not removed). There is one hook (I think it’s a hook) in the toilet door on the inside, but unless the door is open you can’t use it. Breakfast was very simple, had to ask for bread/ butter/ syrup/ milk etc as it wasn’t monitored. It doesn’t cater to all nationalities, doesn’t need to be huge, but offer some savoury options. I asked and got vegemite one day, the next was told they didn’t have it and never did and I must have been mistaken they have never had it………. The walls are dirty and damaged (especially the corners everywhere, not just plaster missing but metal showing). The place was very run down and very disappointing. The place was not welcoming looking, I’ve stayed in backpackers that cost me under $20 a night and where far nicer.
