位置好,环境不错,餐食也不错,就是房间里没有矿泉水有点不习惯。

Full day meeting (11-12 Apr 2024) at Novotel KLCC Hotel - Platinum 2. Thanks to Misbha from Banquet, Alif from Technician and Jasmine from Sales, helpful and professional. Foods is nice and fresh. Definitely will come back again for next business trip.

I have two separate stays in April in a premier room on my way to and from Thailand. I booked by Accor's homepage. This review is for my first stay. My second stay is in two weeks. The club lounge is good, resonable breakfast and evening cocktails with some warm food, snacks and deserts. The staff are attentive in the lounge and the chef showed up to make sure we where happy. I ate lunch one time in the restaurant, I was alone, but had to wait half an hour anyway for simple noodles, which when they came was not either particularly warm. Avoid. Aircon is loud and is not working adequate in all rooms, had to change room for better. Two of four pillows have pillowcases with hook-and-loop fasteners, which are not really attached and thus are rough and tend to scratch your skin - not pleasant and should be removed. There are black mold around the sink in room 2502, and black mold is a health hazard. See pictures. The hotel needs to improve the oversight of this kind of things and make sure the bathrooms are free from black mold. The gym is runned down - not all equipments works either - and not cleaned properly. I saw a big fat sweat spot on one of the bench, day after day. In the end I tried myself to clean it because I used this bench. Obviously, no one is regularly cleaning the equipments. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the Monorail station Raja Chulan, which for 3 MYR takes you to and from KL Sentral in 15 minutes - and some meters from the Pavillion with restaurants, food court, bars, shops, money changers, etc. It's a decent 4-star hotel, which could improve.

10/10, excepional service and friendly welcome.

Elaine and Feroz are the best customer service staff I have met at the Premier Lounge of Novotel KLCC. They take care of everyone very well and are so friendly that they make one feel so comfortable like in one’s home. Everything in the lounge looks clean and neat. Keep up the good work!
