As always, excellent service from Darlene and Gabriella! Received a bottle of sparkling wine for wedding anniversary. Beautifully furnished quiet room overlooking autumn colours, and pool area. The Hills Lodge has been an outstanding hotel, for the past 7 years.

Convenient location as we were there for a wedding reception. Nice food, clean room & good service. The room was clean and tidy, and the A/C worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is close to the rooms but a bit small for our large vehicle when full.

Stayed for our Wedding Anniversary in a SUPERIOR ROOM WITH POOL VIEW - we were not offered a room upgrade but did receive a bottle of sparkling wine in addition to the normal welcome pack. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is beautiful love everything about it Room we were given not so much….. We had a view of bins and a car parked right out side our window Both mornings the garbage truck came and emptied the bins right at our window If I ever stay again will definitely ask not to be put in a room with a bin view……

The Lodge is advertised to give off a luxury yet rustic vibe. Visually outside the buildings and pool is quite nice, inside is another story. The rooms are not great considering how much they cost, I'd rather stay at the vibe or mercure than this place. The lights kept flickering the whole time, the day spa isn't open all weekend, closes Sunday. There is not 24hr room service. The room I got was a lodge suite, advertised to be a high quality suite. Which is was not. The goof was below average. There was nothing to do at the lodge. It was probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Definitely in the bottom 5. It is like staying at the Ibis.
