Great check in experience where Rochel made me feel very welcome. Spacious comfortable room and relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for pre or post flight experience. I would highly recommend the Sofitel, I have used it for many years and have never had a bad experience.

Club lounge service is excellent and well worth the extra cost. Highly recommended. All the staff are highly attentive and the selection of hors d’overes are very good plus the canapés are always different and very tasty. I can certainly recommend this as a stop for a night to fly out of T5.

Fabulous stay at the Sofitel hotel Great location short walk from T5 Lovely spacious room with every comfort. Lovely professional staff The bar is superb with wide choice and not too expensive given its London We booked and ate dinner in the Vivre Restaurant and it was exceptional
