Shabby, very bad multi cuisine restaurant experience both in service and food quality, front desk staff extremely inefficient, rooms and toilet are shabby, front desk service careless. Right from doorman experience to check out worst experience ever! B

Rooms are very good. Very well maintained with excellent hygiene. Whole area in the hotel is neat and clean. I had a breakfast in Exchange Restaurant which was good. Hightlights were potatoe popers and walnut muffin. Shiv Kumar from house keeping was good and quick in service. Overall comfortable stay.

Great hotel close to Hitex Exibition Centre

Great hotel, lives up to Novotel reputation. Although it is near the Exibition center there is no direct way to walk to the centre. One can walk around the lake but it’s a good 15 minute walk. The buggy also doesn’t take you to the Exibition center just takes you to the near to their boundary. If they could provide with buggy to the Exibition center that would really help. The breakfast spread was good, the spa and entire staff is very friendly. I would suggest the hotel to provide umbrellas to guest incase of rain. It’s quite surprising to find no umbrellas at such an equipped hotel.

We where here for events stayed for more then a week almost every day we where busy had no ti.e to spend. But we really had a good stay. Thd breakfast are where good the staff where help. I would like to thank pinky for taking cared during our stay.
