April 20-25, room 2604 My stay is perfect from check in till check out,checked me in early & my room was upgraded; thanks to Mr Husam from guests relation; for contacting me a day before my arrival, and for his follow-up after that. Special thanks to Ms Asmahan; she did the best to choose & locate my room during check-in. My room is a newly renovated one , beautifully decorated with separate seating area , very clean & hygienic. My thanks to the housekeepers Mr Amir Sayed, Mr Sohag Mannan & Mr Muhammad Amir ; room always very clean & stuff are provided. Breakfast buffet in the lobby lounge restaurant was very good with nice and many varieties, special thanks to Mr Ashraf Mahnashy restaurant manager,thanks to Mr Muhammad Nour, Mr Shakeel & all of the team. Thanks to Ms Yaqeen from guests relation & all in the hotel for their attention, follow-up & polite attitudes.

Not recommended. A 5 star, are you sure??

You expect a group like Pullman to pull off a good experience but no. Housekeeping does not clean your rooms everyday. You have to go call them to come clean. Even on cleaning days, if they clean the bathroom, they would completely omit the bedroom area. Floors are never vacuumed, it’s dreadful to stay here for 2 weeks. Breakfast is nice, Karin Ridwan is a nice chef who changed the menu a bit since we were getting bored of it after 2 weeks. He added some fresh dishes that were enjoyable. Check out is not smooth at all, calling the bellboy to carry 8 bags took us 1 hour and 4 phone calls to the reception. We almost lost our bags when they took our bags down to -2 floor without even notifying us. The only thing enjoyable is the location, which is just a few minutes walk directly into the haram. Hajj and Umrah experience should be much better. Security is top notch though.

Ms.Rawabi reflects the right image of the hotel, with her attitude and passion to help and manage the customers challenges and requirements, the management has to be proud of her. Despite the complications, she can react in the right way, and calmly. The hotel is in the compound infront of the Haram ha access to the commercial compound for shopping, and it has access to the entrance Gate at the tunnel.

Bad service and all staff money oriented

Staff bell boy always need money for tips. Very bad and uncomfortable. They are always asking money for tips and should be 100 sar (Saudi riyal) or more. How come this service 5 star especially near from Ka'bah haram land the people like that. Horrible
