Brakefest is so good Pullman zam zam hotel mascara, chef Karim Radwan Omlate is good and breakfast is good.fruits is fresh, bread is tasty, buffet all delicious. The service is amazing, all the crews very friendly and kind help us. Love the chef Karim radwan.

Assalam Pillman zam-zam chef karim radwan. The omelette a bit salty, the rest all good & delicious. The chef is excellent, came to us and asking about the food, good attitude. Chef friendly & keen to improve my comments regarding the foods. 🤍

An excellent location, nice room, beautiful view, reception staff very friendly,.approchable and helpful,.specially Hatoon. Food was ok, need.some improvement considering other competitors in the same building. Will recommend it.

I’ll give 5 star rating for the location and to the staff who are very helpful & willing to serve us all the time. This includes restaurant, concierge and front office! This was our 2nd time stayed in this lovely hotel and we liked everything but the room is tired:-( even the bathroom is completely outdated and we did not enjoy being there, however due to location we always choose this hotel, as a brand I’ve stayed other Pullman hotels and much better! I hope the management will so something soon… The good news for the staff is yet again I am planning to come back soon and hope to meet the friendly team who’s working very hard to deliver best they can… Our favorite room is located at the top floor with view of Haram… another great thing about this hotel is the access to the mall & food court !
