Good Hotel with efficient aircon, paints bit used, confortable bed but 3 times bitten with unknown insects in room. Pleasant staff at night day and during breakfast. Nice pool clean and very good chlorine dosing, good restaurant for lunch time with accommodation for kids.

We are really sorry about the room, it's the first time we have this kind of remark but after checking we didn't notice something wrong. Spent a night here before flying home from tarbes airport. Hotel is very close by. Views from the balcony of the mountains were stunning. Hotel is very basic but rooms were clean and comfortable. Receptionists were friendly and check in and check out. There is plenty of car park space. Not much around in terms of supermarket/shop. This Hotel was exactly as we expected for a cheap one night stay

Ok, standard chain hotel. Room clean and basic. Little disappointed that having booked in advance and requested rooms close together that we end up on separate floors. Queried at check in and told nothing could be done. Somewhat surprised as we checked in relatively early and surely most people when they book multiple rooms want them close together. No excuse, just poor planning on part of hotel. Breakfast, generally slightly ahead of average ibis.

My first bad review of an Accor hotel but I can only report my own experience. It was Whit weekend I checked in online - first surprise, I got txt message confirming and saying that my bank had approved 20€ charge to cover any extras I enjoyed but that this would be refunded if none used. You are joking! You have my card details - any charges would be covered. I'm thinking double conversion charges by my bank. As it happens, once I got home, I found no record of any charges or refunds?! Other reviewers comments about good location must be on business trips or something because the location is in the middle of a commercial district - nothing else around. Get to reception to be told no food - restaurant closed (this was 1700) - there is a McDonalds a mile away. Enter elevator - smallest I've seen - 2 guests with luggage will struggle - not for claustrophobics. Room is OK except central chillers are not running so air conditioning only circulates air. Breakfast was a disaster. The hotel couldn't cope with the number of guests. (Maybe it would be different if it wasn't a holiday). Eventually got sat down and set off to get an orange juice - no glasses! OK, croissant then - none left! Ok, coffee - no cups left (only demitasses)! Ok, use demitasses for mouthful of orange = no orange juice left in container! We left with no breakfast vowing never to return to Tarbes. Our next stop was Saint Jean de Luz - also holiday weekend but how brilliant they were - Ibis Tarbes Odos need to go over there to see how it is done! Finally spent time responding to their request for feedback on the Accor site in association with Tripadvisor, only when I hit submit, it wiped out all I had just typed and popped up a small box saying error! - says it all.
