Do not book with Budget Air

I booked a flight on Budget air and was confirmed. They said the will issue a ticket which they did but on a different flight with a different airline with a different time which does not work for me. Have contacted PayPal and my credit company to dispute the charge and waiting for the investigation.Hopefully will get a refund. Will file a complaint with It IATA and consumer affairs organization.Terrible company. Lousy customer service. No Tel number only chat with listed options and email response is vague. Do not buy. This company should not be allowed to do business.

Go somewhere else. Rydges is closer.

Tragic. If you’re looking for a Dog Box with a toilet, you found it. No phone, no emergency button, 1 plastic chair, no washcloth, you have walk sideways to fit between the end of the bed and the wall mounted TV. No Cafe, no water in room, no restaurant, no coffee machine. Mantra Hotel is next door for breakfast and dinner only, average AUD$38 per meal. No shops within walking distance, stuck between main road into Airport and factories running all night. Abysmal administration, can’t get hold of (not busy, just don’t answer the phone), nice Staff. Manager’s a bit up himself. Stuffed up my booking because of administrative faults and lack of communication. One redeeming feature is Kristy Kremes is close by.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Terrible room. Block out blinds do nothing, bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. There is a constant noise in the ceiling that sounds like running water from a shower or toilet which makes actually going to sleep impossible. I arrived at 10pm and had to leave at 5am. Got almost no sleep because of the noise in the ceiling and light from outside. Absolutely appalling for a hotel in Sydney.

Avoid , it’s beyond being a budget hotel

Basic is an understatement. You literally get two beds . The aircon is so noisy you can’t sleep and all night you hear other noises. To really finish our uncomfortable stay the roof leaked as it was a rainy night and our clothes were wet the next morning. Spend more money and avoid if you want a decent night sleep .

One of the Closest hotels to walk to domestic terminal. Walking distance to Mascot if needed. Clean, beds comfy, small rooms but it’s absolutely fine for a short stop over before flying. Stayed in a family room. Mantra next door which had a fabulous restaurant and one of the best childrens meals I’ve seen for $14. Will always stay here prior to an early domestic flight. Shower could have more pressure but that’s 3rd world issues for the price. Would stay again.
