Well located, fresh and clean hotel with free parking and an excellent breakfast

Arrived in the evening as I had a conference to attend in the area on the Sunday. Excellent welcome - Status recognised and free drink offered (take note IHG who has stopped this benefit!) There are a number of nice and affordable restaurants nearby (walkable). Room clean and fresh. We had a problem with the heating in the room and the front desk staff (evening 02/12/23) could not do more to help us. First she found us a radiator. Sadly it did not work well so she helped us to move to another room. Additionally we were leaving the hotel very early on the Sunday morning (0530am). The staff kindly arranged for a full breakfast to be available for us before we left. Excellent service all round! Free parking on-site which is a bonus.

Good basic hotel for, especially if you are on the road and looking for a practical and good value for money place to stay. Basic but comfortabel and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Lots of free parking spaces at the hotel

Just the one night stay luckily….arrived around 10 and only choice for some food was McD next door. Breakfast ok! No coffee in room. Struggled with poor wifi. No tv remote in the room. Very basic…would say below average compared to other IBIS I have stayed at.

Hotel is easily located and just a small distance from Creil. There is free parking. There are a number of decent shops nearby (Carrefour, Auchan etc.) and a few restaurants in the area (Italian, fast food etc.). There are more restaurants and choices a 10 mins drive away in Creil. Rooms were fine however there is NO ELEVATOR which may be an issue for those with limited mobility. Breakfast is sufficient and well presented.

Not up to other Ibis we've stayed in

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We have often stayed in Ibis hotels but this one was not up to expectations. There is no air conditioning. We were in the attic rooms (most of the family rooms are) and it was very hot and airless. We had to open the velux windows but then had mosquitos in the room as there are no nets. (There was evidence of nets having been installed but they were no longer there). There was a ticking noise coming from the VMC which was irritating at night. We had a problem with the loo flush and as no-one was available to fix it my husband, with the permission of the staff member on duty, fixed it himself. (Otherwise I think we'd have been stuck with a leaking cistern all night). Two of the four mornings we were there, there was no hot water. Te breakfast was OK though there was often a shortage of such things as spoons, bowls, napkins, orange juice etc. Only one machine for all hot drinks was not sufficient when the hotel was full. The general standard of cleanliness was not good though the beds were clean and made daily and clean towels were provided daily. On top of all this we were overcharged by 40 euros which I had to had to call the hotel about. They apologised and said they would refund the money. All in all my advice is to avoid this place.
